Wie bestelle ich:

1.  Du suchst dir die Produkte aus und schickst mir über das Bestellformular deine Bestellung per E-Mail.

2.  Danach erfolgt der Einkauf.

3. Sodann wird dir eine Rechnung  mit den  zugewiesenen Kontodaten  zugeschickt. So wird sichergegangen das du nicht für unerhältliche Ware Geld im voraus bezahlst.

4. Bitte vollständigen Namen, Adresse, PLZ & Ort, Land eingeben und eine Telefon- oder Handynummer für mögliche Rückfragen der Post.

Je nach Größenordnung der Bestellung wird wie folgt vorgegangen:

• Wenn es ein nicht zu großer Auftrag ist, so wird die Rechnung (+Versandkosten) erst nach der Verschickung herausgegeben.
• Bei größerer Bestellung erfolgt die Zahlung eventuell in zwei Raten. Die erste nach dem Erwerb der Ware, die zweite nach der Verschickung.

• If the order is not too big we will send the invoice (incl. shipping costs) only after the dispatch.
• In case of bigger orders the payment may possibly take place in two installments. The first after placing the order and the second after the dispatch.

Kako da naručim:

1. Prvo izaberi proizvode i preko porudžbenog formulara pošalji mi svoju porudžbinu putem maila.
2. Nakon toga usljeđuje kupovina.
3. Nakon toga ćeš dobiti račun sa brojem žiro računa. Na taj način je osigurano da ne plaćaš unaprijed za robu koju nisi dobio.
4. Navedite vaše puno ime, adresu, poštanski broj, mjesto i državu kao i broj telefona (ili mobilnog) za eventualne dodatna pitanja pošte.

Zavisno od veličine porudžbine koraci su sljedeći:

• Ukoliko se radi o manjoj porudžbini onda će račun u kojem su uključeni i troškovi poštarine tek nakon slanja robe biti vama dostavljena.
• Ukoliko se radi o većoj porudžbini , plaćanje može biti i u dvije rate. Prva rata nakon porudžbine, druga nakon slanja robe.
